The Shred Plan is stage one of our 3 stages. This plan wil provide you with 1100 calories a day which includes all breakfast meals, lunch meals, and dinner meals. Also, you will receive 5 fit snacks of your choice.
*All meals will include a protein, carbohydrate, and vegetable. The breakfast meals will be a variety of our Fit Breakfast.
